Sisters .....

Here's another photo of two adorable sisters. These are Olivia's cousins and I snapped this shot at her birthday party. I was taking photos of Alex when big sister Riley came up and gave me a shy little smile, while hugging her sister. (August 27, 2012)

Ashley and Ava came along for a picnic in the park .... and some portraits of them too! (August 18, 2012)

We are not twins ......

Some of you know my sister, Debby. Even though we're very close in age (14 months apart), Mom dressed us alike and we were even in the same homeroom one year while in high school -- let me assure you, we are not twins. :-)

Actually being this close in age resulted in our being extremely close now that we're adults. When we were little .... well, maybe not so much. lol! So, here is my contribution to Flashback Friday! This photo was probably taken in the early 60s. I'm the one on the left, Debby is in the middle, and that's our Dad lounging on the sofa. And this is just one of many photos of Deb and I .... dressed alike. (February 8, 2012)

We had fun doing Ashley and Ava's Christmas portraits! Of course, with these two posing for me, it had to be fun! (December 4, 2011)

We did Ashley and Ava's Christmas portraits today. These two have grown up, used to being in front of my camera, so they definitely know how to work it. :-)

Sisters

I took over 300 photos at the summer picnic for the Great Lakes Brewing Company and when it came time to pick one for a daily, this shot of these two lovely ladies caught my eye. You may be seeing more from the picnic throughout the week .... or maybe some from the hundreds I took at the Cadillac show on Saturday.

So many photos ..... so little time. :-)

Becca and Rachael

Today I did portraits of these lovely young ladies for their parents to use for Christmas cards. I lived across the street from their grandmother and we had a fun time during the photo shoot, while I shared a little bit about their grandma as a young girl. And trust me, seeing how grown up the girls have become, I'm feeling very, very old.
